About our patches

How long does it take to get my order?

We process each order normally within 1-2 business days and ship all our Australian and New Zealand orders via Australia Post. International orders are sent via DHL. You can receive tracking notifications when your patches are on their way to you, and shipping times depend on where you live.

We are proudly a 100% owned and operated Australian company located in Melbourne, Australia.

Can I change my order once I have placed it?

If you need to change your order once it has been placed, then please email us at info@drpatches.net as soon as possible with your order details and we will do our best to help. However, if the order has already been processed and sent to you, unfortunately we will not be able to change your order.
